Rates
Our fees are in line with the recommended fee guidelines set forth by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Payment of session fees are due 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. A receipt will be sent to you after the session. The preferred method of payment is e-transfer; however, Visa and Mastercard are also accepted methods. Â
I have tried to keep my fees reasonable to make therapy affordable for everyone. If you are unable to pay the set fee amount due to financial hardship, you can still access services with low fee options such as payment plans and sliding scale at reduced rates. A receipt with the RCC number will only be provided for full-fee paying clients to be able to claim insurance. Please contact me directly to discuss questions regarding rates and services.
My current rates Effective December 20, 2024 are as follows and subject to change without notice. As of December 20, GST will not be collected for any counselling services under a RCC.

Insurance
Some employee benefit insurance plans cover the costs associated with seeing a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Please check with your employee benefit plan and policy to determine the type and amount of coverage you have.
At this time, we do not direct bill your insurance provider. A detailed receipt will be provided by email after your session. The information on that receipt contains everything you need to make reimbursement from your healthcare insurance provider.
