Integrative Intuitive Therapy
Conventional talk therapy enables one to share their experiences, address maladaptive patterns, and receive validation. However, this integrative therapeutic approach aspires to consider an individual’s physical, mental, emotional health and spiritual connection in a unified way. Therefore, this holistic and integrative approach promotes overall healing and alignment throughout your entire being. In this way, this approach to counseling is distinctive and goes beyond conventional talk therapy.
I have discovered that true healing, inner peace, and long-lasting transformation all result from a connection to our spirit. We use this connection when we speak of our intuition and “gut feeling” but it goes beyond this. Since we are both biological creatures and spiritual beings (human beings), I adopt both the scientific and spiritual aspects for a more balanced and holistic approach. Therefore, when working with me you may experience a more authentic connection and deeper healing taking place than approaches where talk-therapy is the primary focus, and this spiritual connection is not utilized.
Essentially, what makes these conversations unique and therapeutic is not just my extensive experience and training, but the holistic nature of the approach and this spiritual intuitive connection that guides the process and the conversation, to create change. This implies that therapy is very individually tailored, non-prescriptive, creative, and helps you achieve your highest potential and find joy and meaning in life.

Family therapy is supportive in helping couples and children find new ways to manage their struggles, conflicts, and challenges so that the family can function together more cohesively as a unit and each member can support one another.
Addresses the whole human being and assists clients in attaining inner balance and integration of all dimensions of the self. These sessions involve longer guided meditations, guidance, energy, and information that is shared from a higher self/divine self cosmic connection.
Grief counselling is a safe space for you to express your emotions and start the healing process towards acceptance. Therapy can help you manage dysfunctional behaviors, regulate difficult emotions, and troubling thoughts, and navigate difficult experiences to achieve more peace.

Wellness counselling focuses on the prevention rather than intervention model of health. It not only emphasizes the absence of disease, but also the development and maintenance of vibrant good health: strength, endurance, energy, motivation, positivity, happiness, satisfaction, healthy relationships and connection to others, and maximizing performance.
Pre-marital counselling can help you strengthen your bond, give you tools to manage wedding jitters, clarify wedding expectations, resolve marital conflicts, engage in family planning, and deal with family pressures related to marriage.
Therapy can help to reduce stress and ground you during your fertility or pregnancy journey and restore balance back in your life. 5 Stages of Therapy
1. Take Charge of Your Life
Denial, fear, and avoidance prevent us from reaching our goals and experiencing freedom. When you desire to create change, you must also act upon that desire to bring about the change. 2. Engage in Therapy
During therapy we will engage in conversations where we exchange knowledge and practice coping skills, techniques, and interventions to help you meet your goals. However, you must participate in therapy and apply the knowledge and information shared in the sessions to your daily life in order to see results. Your level of engagement, your willingness to participate, your commitment to the therapeutic process and the therapeutic alliance will impact therapeutic outcomes, healing, how effectively you create the changes you want and meet your goals.
3. Flow with Resistance, and Embrace Change
You will notice change within yourself as well as resistance to change, as you begin to apply the skills from therapy into daily life. When this occurs, we can flow with resistance, which implies that we accept, acknowledge, and validate our current experience while also affirming our desire to change our experience. We do our best to stay engaged but during this time you may need to slow down, reduce the frequency of therapy, practice coping skills, or make more time for yourself to decompress. We go with the flow, recognizing both our desire and aversion to change, but not resisting either one.
4. Acknowledge Your Progress and Build Upon It
As you work towards the changes you want to create, you will see results overtime. Embrace and celebrate them. These wins and positive experiences will build your confidence in yourself to transform your life. These will lay the foundation for your future and the bigger changes you want to continue to create. You will continue to learn from life and in the sessions during therapy to help you grow and transform your life, over time.
5. You are your own Therapist
