In this meditation we first discuss the inner critic to build an understanding of how it arises, where it comes from, and what it is. The inner critic is a part of us all, of our psyche, and has evolved over time. A practice of self-love is guided to help you work with the inner critic. It is a part of you the arises to facilitate growth and show you what is missing. What is missing is not only external to you. You are the solution, this meditation helps you connect within and feel this self love state so that it can create transformation and gently heal the inner critic. This is a sitting meditation with periods of silence so make time and space for this become commencing the practice.
