Hello all!
These recordings were inspired by my private therapy clients who wanted me to record my meditations for them. They are meant to help you in the most challenging areas of the human experience. They offer knowledge, information, and practices that help to uplift and transform your mind, body, and emotions.
These audio recordings are core foundational teachings guided from my connection to the universe and the deepest part of myself. I call this deepest part of myself the Divine Self.

Meditation has been very effective in transforming my life and I encourage all of you to take some time each day to engage in mindfulness and meditation practices. In fact, many popular therapies such as CBT and DBT are based on zen meditation practices dating back thousands of years.
You may use these recordings as you feel guided or make them a part of your daily meditation practice.
I hope they help you to create healing, health, and transformation in your life.
